Attention End Users

In some circumstances, an administrator may do so on behalf of an “End-User” and enter their information, including Personal Information, into LSAI. In these situations, the administrator—who can be your employer or an ATP authorised by LSAI—is our “Customer.” We gather information at our clients’ request and have no personal connection to the End-User whose personal data we process.

Any policies set out by the Customer, if any, may apply to how an End-user uses the LSAI platform.

The end-user’s agreement to the collection and use of their Personal Information in the ways outlined in this Privacy Policy must be obtained by our Customer, who must be authorised to act on their behalf.

Please contact your administrator if you are an End-user utilising our platform with privacy-related questions. LSAI denies any liability for our customers’ privacy or security practices, which may vary from those outlined in this privacy statement.

Users are not sent customised advertisements or marketing communications by LSAI.

The Utilisation of Personal Data and Other Data

The use of the personal data you give LSAI is governed by this Privacy Policy. We only use your personal information to provide you with our services. In order to better understand our users and enhance the functionality and content of our site, we may also combine your personally identifiable information (PII) with other personally non-identifiable information (non-PII).
